Cleaning Procedures and Policies

**Cleaning Routine**

 

Photographs of each room are captured and sent to the site manager, followed by inspection photos after the cleaning is completed. Upon arrival, one crew member begins by cleaning the bathroom, starting from the top and working down, ultimately mopping the floors. The first task is to strip all linens from the bedrooms and bag them for laundry service or onsite (if facilities are available).

Meanwhile, the other crew member tackles the kitchen and living room areas using an extension duster to clean ceiling fans, light fixtures, and cabinet facings. They then clean the fridge's interior, wipe down the microwave inside and out, wash any leftover dishes, and sanitize all countertops. In the bedrooms, linens are stripped and bagged, with fresh linens placed on the beds and the bagged linens left at the door for laundry service (again this is based on property managers requirements). After dusting high surfaces and tabletops, the crew vacuums furniture and walkways, cleans carpets, and dusts and mops all hard floors. Finally, before leaving, they bag all trash and replace it with clean trash bags. This is the standard cleaning process.

Upcharges and Issues upon first arrival to property

A deep clean includes relocating all furniture, cleaning behind stoves, sanitizing all toilets, and cleaning underneath the refrigerator. During this process, all baseboards are disinfected, cabinets are emptied, wiped down, and reorganized. Furniture is shifted, cushions are taken off for thorough cleaning, and the refrigerator is completely cleaned with all shelves and drawers sanitized.

 

**Please note, this service may incur an additional charge of $130.

In the event that there is an issue with the property upon the arrival of our cleaning staff

the site manager will be notified immediately and pictures sent to verify the issue. 

I will personally assess the issue and notify of any upcharges or additional fees i.e. if there is excessive cleaning needed due to spills, accidents stains etc from the leaving tenant.
